Can't start site

After upgrading to a new DW version (19.2.4.3) I can not start my development site. I keep getting an "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error (please see attaced screendump). Any idea of what is wrong?

Hi Lars

Try opening globalsettings.aspx and disable search friendly urls. From what version are you upgrading? We've made some changes, but they are minor and should not interfere in this way....

"Globalsettings - System - Url - Type" is already set to "None". So that can not be the problem. I try to upgrade from 19.2.0.0.
