Hi people
I need to make different discounts kick in, depending on the amount of products bought.
Like this:
Buy 3 - save 600,-
Buy 5 - save 1100,-
Buy 10 - save 2500,-
etc...
As it works now, the discounts will accumulate and I will recieve all discounts if I buy 10 units.
Here's the site (and product): http://uniplus.net.dynamicweb-cms.com/Webshop/Brugt-Lenovo-ThinkPad-T510i.aspx
Does anyone have a clever solution?
/Rune
EDIT. Just spoke with DW, who told me that I can select "show highest discount" instead of "accumulatet" and now it works. :-)
This edit is concerning the "prices" module, not the "BOM and prices" problem.

The Prices, Extended module allows you to do that out of the box using the Bulk prices feature:

Hi again
Prices did indeed fix that problem, but another has occurred.
Start here for the "Prices and BOM" problem.
On this product:
http://uniplus.net.dynamicweb-cms.com/Webshop/B%C3%A6rbar-PC/HP/HP-6930p-EliteBook.aspx
which has both the "prices" and the "BOM" modules attached.
If I buy 2 units, and then in the basket adds another, i dont get the discount for which "prices" was intended.
It works fine on a products without the "BOM" module.
Does these two modules not play nice? And/or is the issue related to this problem:

Hope you can help.

I don't have a straigh answer for that - might be a bug. But before diagnosing, have you tried experimenting with the various price calculation methods for BOM?

I have, but the current setting is the only one that displays the price correctly on the BOM.

Maybe we should have one of the DW guys investigate this issue.

You have added an Edit to your first post:
"EDIT. Just spoke with DW, who told me that I can select "show highest discount" instead of "accumulatet" and now it works. :-)"
This solves your problem, right?

Not when combined with the BOM module.
"Prices" works fine on its own.

I'll check it.
I wasn't sure when your Edit was applied :)

The problem with bulk prices seems to be the same as in 6461 (the thread that you refers to).
It works with bulk prices if you make no changes to defalt setup, but as soon it calculates prices for the parts (add parts prices to default price) then the cart calculates the total price wrong - as in 6461.
I have noted on 6461 that we need to check Bulk prices after fix of the bug to make sure that it works as intended.
