News V2 Ribbon extensibility

It would be great if more modules had an extensible administration interface.

We often use the News V2 module for things it was not built for. If the module had Ribbon extensibility we could use that instead of ugly hacks to get the results we need.

Newsv2 will have ribbon bar in Dw 8 - and hence ribbon bar extensibility.

So - has this been implemented? Can't find the "RibbonBarAddInTarget.General.NewsV2Edit" or whatever its called..
