Hi
We are experiencing some problems with the AD-synchronization on a server running SQL 2008.
Does anyone know if this is a known issue and are there any known fixes :-) related to the general configuration?

DW does not sync data from AD to SQL-Server - it reads the information directly from AD.
What kind of issue are you experiencing?

Rasmus got it wrong. :) We are running on SQL2008, but...
We are running Windows server 2008 64Kb IIS7 with an AD connection having problems with some users not being validated correcly against their usergroup i AD.
Old users work fine, but some recent users seems not to be logged in to DW via Windows Authority resulting in them not having access to the pages the should have according to their setup in the AD..
We can arrange for a remote session to the Customers server this monday as we are on-site that day.

It is not a DW problem - more a rights problem.
Is the users logged in or not? If not they cannot see the page at all... They would get a 403.x
If the user can log in, but seems to be missing permissions, you can test it by logging in as the user, and add ShowAD=True to the querystring and view source.
Then you can see a list of the groups the user is member of as seen by DW.
