I was wondering if I can duplicate products on my e-commerce solution. In other words say we have 'Product XYZ' and I want to display it on XYZ, ABC and DEF categories.
Of course technically it works and it's all fine and they are displayable. Although what I have problem with is:
- breadcrumbs won't display path to the product
- the new SEO module that optimize the site with a new Friendly URL bit, doesn't seem to work, I mean it does display in a URL bar the group name but won't display product name...
So do you think the reason of the above issues might be duplicated products in main categories? Or I'm wrong and I should be looking in to something completely different because I should be able to duplicate the same product / show it in more than 1 main category..?
