Hello,
When securing a webpage, you can only select among the extranet-user groups.
Is it somehow possible to let a backend user in using his backend-user credentails?
Or is it somehow possible to mix these two groups?

René

Hello,
Yes, it's possible since in a new UserManagement module there is no difference between a normal user group and Extranet user group. So all you need is to add the desired group using the "Permissions" dialog (page edit form).
Kind Regards,
Pavel.

Thanks!
But in my list of groups there are no backend-user groups in the "Permissions" dialog.
I'm running 19.0.3.0.

René

Hello,
When you select target groups it should display a whole group tree (not only Extranet groups). Take a look at the attached screenshot.

Thanks,
Thats not what I see at all :-(

It seems like I have the wrong version or user module. Does this reguire the advanced module "Brugere (avanceret)"?

Hello,
Yes, you need to install a module called "UserManagement".

Sounds interesting!
But all my modulenames are in danish, and none of them seems to match "usermanagement".
Do you have the module-name in a danish translation?

You ought to have one called "Brugerstyring".

Hmmmm.
It's not in my list of modules (installed or not installed) and it does not exist in the documentation:
http://manual.net.dynamicweb.dk/Dynamicweb-Online-manual/Moduler.aspx
How do I get this module? Are you sure this module is part of 19.0.3.0?

With the release of Dynamicweb 7 (19.x.x.x) a new users module was introduced internally referenced as User Management. In order to use the new user framework you will have to upgrade by using the upgrade wizard available when logging into the solution. The basic modules are Users (Brugere) and Users, Extended (Brugere, Udvidet) for backend user administration and Extranet/ Extranet, extended for managing frontend permissions. When having both the Brugere and Extranet module you will be able to assign both backend/frontend rights for a user.
