Remove deleted products from favorite lists

Eventhough a product no longer exists the entry in the My Favourites list is not deleted. It is now just shown as a product with no name - and worse: No product number. And therefore it cannot be deleted from the list.

Any solution to that?

PS: It's standard DW customer center module

This is by design - the product is not supposed to be removed from the favourites list. 

Though, there ought to have been a marking if the product is not on stock, is inactive or no longer exists.

These possibilities have now been requestet as a feature in item 5014 of our product backlog.
