Hi,
I'm running a testprojekt on our own server. Right now I'm setting up the IPaper module but having trouble creating an IPaper.
I choose an pdf and the server starts processing it. But then nothing happens, it just freezes in the processing state.
I have tried with 5 completely different pdf's, with the same result everytime. both larger and 1 page pdf's. So now the only explanation I can give is that something is missing on the server.
What to do?

It could be a problem with loading PDF's and generating the thumbnails. Security issue to get access to the Windows temp folder.
Have a look at the servers event log - I'll bet that will provide some answers.

Do you have ABCpdfCE6.dll and ABCpdf.dll in your bin folder?
Do you have any status 500 requests in your IIS logfile?

Sorry, my bad. I looked at the wrong servers log. There ARE entries. As you wrote I have now granted access to C:\temp to network service. But it still does not work. Maybe it's the wrong temp folder? Here my log error.

Well – definitely a permission issue. Can’t tell you how to provide the correct permissions… Do not know without the server.
