Hi,
Although not documented the export/import language/area is great for translation purposes. What I suggest is an upgrade. Include in the XML:
- paragraph image properties (paths, links, legend)
- module definitions
- image/file paths
- text fields/textareas values
- translate tags associated to the selected templates
