I have configured the url from our old website (http://www.innovadis.com/partners_Gladior.asp) to the same page on our new website (http://www.innovadis.com/Standard/Over-Innovadis/Gladior.aspx) with Direct Paths. But when I enter the old address Dynamicweb takes me to an url that's not SEO friendly (http://www.innovadis.com/Default.aspx?ID=116).
Is it possible to redirect (with the Direct Paths module) to a SEO friendly url, and if so, how do I do that?

In management center, Web and Http, Customized URLs check the "Ensure unique path" option.
Then all pages will be displayed as your SEO friendly URL type - all other attempts to access Default.aspx?ID=xxx wil do a 301 redirect to the apropiate page.

When I enable this option none of my links work anymore. I get a null reference exception for all my links. Why is that?

Just tried enabling it - did not get an error, but neither did it work...
Can see you enabled the canonical link feature instead. That should as well do the trick.
There are some minor changes to this feature with the upcoming Service Release (19.0.2.0). The Direct path module will then by default use the friendly urls in its redirects. This should solve the issue - otherwise post again, and I will find out what is wrong.

I enabled the canonical link for another problem I am having: you can access our website from several urls: http://www.innovadis.com, http://www.innovadis.com/default.aspx and http://www.innovadis.com/standard/home.aspx. But when I enable this feature I don't see a canonical tag in my source. Do I have to put a special tag in my template to enable this feature?
When do you release the upcoming service release? Maybe I just wait for that one...

Hi
I see the canonical tag in the head of http://www.innovadis.com/...
The service release is being testet as we speak - I believe it will be released by the end of next week.
