mylittleadmin-tool csv import

Hi,

I'am trying to import a csv file via mylittleadmin-tool directly into the sql database.

But when doing this something goes wrong with all special characters.

I've tryed running a sql-update to update theis characters and replacing them with html tags fx. å = å but the output in my table looking nothing like it should.

So can this be a problem in the tool, or is it the database/table that isn't set to utf-8?

Have anyone experienced the same problem?

If you've not already sorted it out: Can you provide a download link for csv (or attach it), then I'll try and give it a go.

Hi Rasmus,

I've tried importing by using Management Studio and have no problems with any characters. So, it must be a settings question in the program you are using for the import task.

A piece of graphics is attached, showing the settings for the import that I executed.
