I'm having trouble with a few orders that are submittet to the ecom with paymentmethod and shippingmethod choosen.
I've setup the orderstep-validation to validate exactly those 2 input-field. I've checked all my templates, and tried to reproduce the bug but im not able to.
Some how 3 users managed to "jump" over the payment-step - and the paymentmethod and shippingmethod are empty in the order - even though all customers says that the have choose a shippingmethod and paymentmethod.
The 3 users are using different browsers, IE7, Chrome and Safari (mac).
Have anyone experienced anything like the above? Any idears for a solution?
