Is it posible to make a quick order by clicking on the product and just fill out name and address?

I like to skip some of the steps in the shoping cart (1,3,4,5) and I also like to go directly to the shoping cart when adding the product.

Is any of this possible and how?

Sure, just use javascript to skip the steps you don't want.

How do I add a product to the cart and open the cart at the same time?

Add Redirect=[TargetURL] to querystring or form when adding the product to basket.
