You can set an alternative action in the formmodule. Make it point to a page in the DW site where you have your own module attached which checks the form and eigther displays error message with wrong filetype or uploads the data as you wish, its abit much to code but it is possible :)
 

Actually, the feature you're requesting should be available with the next update, but I haven't seen it yet, so I wouldn't give any guarantee on that.
