Newsletter Extended: Check for duplicate mail addresses (import)

Urgent feature request:

 

We need a way to remove duplicate e-mail addresses from our Newsletter subscribers. The duplicates were caused by the import functionality.

 

It would be nice if the import will ignore duplicate e-mail adresses as well.

In Newsletterv3, which is the new version, it works like this...
