Ecom Import/Export broken

The import/export mopdule of Ecom reports an old error which has previously been seen on unupdated sites, and after a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time in the ServiceDesk with promises of being sent to development and ect. Malthe suddenly writes that such an issue should be posted here.


 


So Regardless of the fact that this forum states that no bugs should be posted here, that's exactly what I am currently in the process of doing.


 


please refer to our cases in helpdesk for further information because I won't disclose site access information here and really can't be bothered to write everything five times.


 


Get this fixed...

Hi Jakob,

 

I have discussed this support matter with our Service desk, and they are not aware of any current support issues. I have also just looked at all current support issues, and I am not able to find any regarding the import/export module. It is probably just me, but I have looked and looked, and I'm still not able to find it.

 

Please notice, that I really want to help you on this one, but you are really not helping me here. If you have any complaint regarding our Service desk, then please contact our Service desk manager, as he is the one you should direct your complaints to.

 

I've just spoken with him, and he will contact you soon to solve this problem.

Ack. My bad - not referenceing the case number - sorry.

Anyhoo just talked to him and he now has the case number.
