I've just installed a local dev setup with the empty dataset. But what is the default password for the admin or administrator user? Shouldn't this be in the install guide? :-)
This is a known issue that we're trying to come up with a better solution for. But for the time being open the AccessUser table and type a new password for the Administrator account.
