Setting up new custommodules (.NET 2.0)

Reply

I tried to set up the newest custommodules file on my localhost to create our next project in .net 2.0.

But when i try to open the solution file visual studio 2005 opens a conversion wizard and says that the project is created in a previous version of vs.

When I try to open the csproj file it says that project type is not supported in this installation.

Any idea what might be causing this problem and what to do about it?

Try check this post:

It has links to the Addons required in VS2005 to have WebProjects in the VS2003 Style. Maybe that is what is missing since it says that "...that project type is not supported in this installation"

Thanks

That did the trick.

I couldnt install the final update as it kept asking me to install the previous even though I did it 3 times.

But I got the newset custommodules up and running and thats what matters.
