A customer brought up a great question. If a user goes up until the checkout handler step and simply closes the browser, the "order" (which is no longer a cart) is not picked up by as an abandoned cart.
It would be great if we had a checkbox to consider uncompleted and unpaid orders as part of the "Abandoned Carts Recipient Provider" to include these.
