How can I include this information (page name) in my form receipt email?

Hi Suzi

The only way to get it is a little tricky, but doable:

  • The tag Form.SystemFields would need to be parsed
  • Within it you have the ParagraphID, (PID)
  • From the Paragraph ID you can using Services to find the Page ID
  • Then using Services you can get the page name
