Category Field Value Missing After Saved from Ecommerce Module

Dear Forum,

I would like to report one issue that we found on the product category fields.

The issue is that the data which we had enriched from PIM is missing when we try to edit from Ecommerce module and clicked on save button.

Please advice what kind of setting that we missed out to configure.

Hi,

I was not able to reproduce the issue using Swift solution based on last DW9.15.9. Here are video about saving existing product has category enheritance and extra one about saving new created product without the enheritance. The test fields have different differentiations across languages to ensure the saving is done OK.

Dear Oleg,

Thanks for your immediate response.

The version of the DW that our customer is using was 9.15.6 and I also tested on 9.15.7 with Swift.

Both of them is having same problem. (Refer to the attached video which I tested on 9.15.7)

Dear Yoon,

I don't see any differentiations of settings in your video against mine. So, try to use the last version to ensure it's specific bug of your solutions if still reproduced first of all. Thanks.
