I am having trouble with sending email with Forgotten password. It feels like it's not beying sent.
What I tried so far:
Check SMTP settings, IP adress and ports etc... - check
Check SSL - check
Check Pickup dirrectory - check
Spam filter - Check.
Upon form submission, no error message pop-up (that typically does popup when no SMTP server is not reachable).
Nothing found in System > Logs (or maybe I am looking in wrong Log folder?
Was wondering if there is a log of some sort, or any other way to check if email does goes through?
Sending it to my email adress does not help.
To test this, I build a small basic Email application. And this works without any problem.
Mail server is in local network reach. Default email port: 25, with local IP. No pickup dirrectory.
Suggestions?
