Dear Sir,

I had 3 field value under one category field and when I export from PIM, I was able to select those fields but when I import those field are not showing up.

I only found the field call ProductCategoryFieldValues. So that my point is can we use that field to map with all 3 field values?

Export

Import

Thanks,

Yoon

Hi Yoon

The issue can be reproduced if PIM product group where you import products to does not have any/appropriate product category assigned (see attachment). I've checked the issue on DW9.10.0 using Rapido solution with pre-defined data and have it in the mapping successfully.

Hi Sir,

Yes I see what you mean.

In my case, I was trying to import from the share query result and I am not able to find those 3 field in the mapping. How can I assign the category field in the group level if I want to import from the query ?

Thanks,

Yoon

Hi,

Ufortunately it is a way feature works. You can only select "Property" category fields during the import or the common category fields for the category selected for specific product group where you are going to import. It was made just not to have trillion field in the selector when you have bigger solution.

BR, Viktor.
