Where to change the Master template?

Hi,

 

I have this DW solution and I did everything on Dreamweaver and then I uploaded the CSS, the images and icons and even a new Master template....

 

when I was to the Modules tab and saw that the Language Module was not available (client solution is a Business solution), so... when can I select the Master template :-(
