Scale paragraph images

In the image settings on a paragraph, you can set whether or not to scale the image, through a checkbox.

But can I access this setting through a templatetag? I have been looking through <!--@DwTemplateTags, but I can only find <!--@ParagraphForceImageWidth--> which for some reason always returns 0.

Is there any other way of doing this?

In the paragraph template you can use ParagraphForceImageWidth and ParagraphForceImageHeight

 I tried that, but it seems to return 0 every time, no matter what settings you apply to your paragraph.
