I have the following issue:
I need to create a filter based on the Price Range field. I've done the query and facets setup and the filter is shown in the frontend and it lists the price range.
However the Prices Range field seems to take into consideration the Price without VAT property thus when the filter is applied in the frontend incorrect results are shown as in the fronend we list the Price with VAT.
How can I overcome this issue?

It depends on which field you use for your list field.
The product it self has a price field - ProductPrice - and that field contains only the price in the default currency and without VAT if that is your setting.
The index does also have price fields for each currency and with/without VAT - so use one of those fields in your case. Also the price fields are in combination with possible delivery countries as the delivery country controls the VAT and hence the price in VAT might vary.
Note that the price fields can be disabled on the index builder settings, so you might need to enable it first if the currency based price fields are missing.
