I need to group three paragraphs and I was wondering if it's possible to use a tag related to the paragraphN tag to do this. Does someting like paragraphN1, paragraphN2, paragraphN3 exist?

You might wanna look at the multiple columns module. With this module you can group specific paragraphs.
