Hello guys,

Is there any way to list the navigation from another Area than the current one?

For example, I am in Area2 and I want to list also the navigation from Area1.

I am ok with any option: razor or xslt.

You can just specify AreaID or PageID in dwnavigation settings.

See layout documentation for navigation.
