Hi,

I did a Razor/SQL based publishing of items as the item publisher in 8.4 was too slow.

Using item publisher it took 7 seconds to retrieve 12 items from a list of about 1500 items.

I changed it to Razor/SQL based retriaval and went to 300 ms.

I a thread in here I seem to remember that you had focused on this in 8.5, but cannot find the thread :-)

Can you please confirm that you have improved preformance of item publisher in 8.5 (1) ?

We have improved the performance in 8.5.1 but are trying to improve it further.

The task in 8.5.1 was this:

Bug 15747: Item publisher performs slowly when rendering items (100 items takes >1 second)

Description of this: Improved the performance of item publisher when displaying many items per page. It is not recommended to display more than 100 items per page if performance is a priority.
