Hi

I am in the process of constructing a form for ordering food.

The challenge is, that I need more colomns for extra information on each entry. I need colomns for: Name, Price, Pieces (the input field) and Item number

For example:
Name: Kaffe, 500 gr - Gevalia
Price: 36,95
Pieces: (The user writes the number of pieces here)
Item number: 36197

But how can i construct costum backend fields for my form?

Thank you for your time :)

Hi Iben,

It is not clear with which module are you working. Is it Forms (DW7 edition) or Ecom. In particular, in Ecom you can add extra information as custom product fields.

In any case could you explain how this ordering will be look from end user point of view and how you are going to get info about food in the form?

 Best regards,
Michael

It could be nice if we could make "blank" fields in forms. Ie. if you want to make descriptive texts in your forms.

I am using the old forms module. There is not a shop on the solution.

The only thing the form is used for is to send a mail to a recipient with the values the cosumer has put in the form. It is not the idea that the costumer buys something.

What i need is like a table form with colomns for different infomation on each item - one of the colomns shoul contain a form-field for the number of items the costumer wants.

Hi Iben!

If you want send a form to the recipient which e-mail is get from one of forms field, you need use Form (DW7 edition). Old Form can send e-mail only recipient which is specified in paragraph settings of module.

Best regards,
Michael
