Hi Dynamicweb,

I'm very pleased with working with the new designs & layouts in DW! When working on a new project, I'm having a few questions because maybe I'm doing something wrong :)

Dwnavigation settings ignored when using ecomnavigation on page

When using the new Designs & Layouts approach, using the dwnavigation tag in combination with the startlevel:1;endlevel:2; settings, these setting are ignored when attaching ecommerce groups on a page.

Subgroup sorting ignored

When selecting only subgroups from a particular maingroup on the dwnavigation on a page, the sorting attributes are wrong in the outputted XML.

I have used a workaround by applying multiple XSLT's and ignoring some attributes, but this isn't a proper way.

Please let me know if the above is right or if I'm forgetting a setting somewhere :)

Hi Pim,

Dwnavigation settings.
You have to use “Max levels” setting when you attach ecommerce groups on a page. This setting is in same place where you configure ecommerce groups on a page. 

Subgroups sorting ignored.
I can’t reproduce this problem. Can you please provide your DW version and URL to the page where I can check the problem?
