According to the documentation i should be able to write

In my page template to have named subsections of a page template, this however does not seem to be the case. There is still only one section on the page paragraph overview, and I cannot for the life of me figure out why, i have tried with all lowercase and no spaces to no avail.

Trying to edit here, cant add @ in front of the second DwContent, it is there of course.

Take a look in the .parsed.html file of your layout to see how Dynamicweb will name your content container. Dynamicweb will remove some characters, like space. So <!--DwContent(Main content)--> is probably <!--DwContent(Maincontent)-->

Hi Kristoffer,

I think your DwContent tags should be placed within an element with class dwcontent and the same id as the one you use in the tag...

There doesnt seem to be a .parsed.html file so maybe the problem is something completely different.

Setting the id's and classes didnt seem to help either.

Hi Kristoffer.

If there is no .parsed file the template is not in use... Then the problem is something else. Provide a link to the site/page you are working on if you need further assistance.

The template is in use, if I insert <!--@DwContent--> it will show the page contents, its the named content areas I have an issue with, thats what bothers me, it seems to read the template... just not the way I want to.

That page does not run designs & Layouts.... It uses the old template system with Master and Page templates.

Design templates are placed in /Files/Templates/Designs folder.

Read the beginning of the documentation.
