As far as I understand, there are no RMA interface in Rapido. Has DW any plans for creating one? I'm thinking spesifically on the user dashboard - where I'd like to have a rma button so that the webshop customers can initiate a RMA

That is part of Rapido 3.1 that will be released on Tuesday - see dump. It requires of course an upgrade of your current installation once released.
