Replace or remove DW logo in E-mail

We would like to remove or replace the Dynamic Web logo and the 'Powered by Dynamicweb' in the bottom of the mail.
Although we changed some things in the website settings it still doesn't work. 
We also would like to ad the branded colors which seems not to be possible. Can someone help us?

Hi,

You propably need to change the settings for the template from "Automatic" to "Template" and edit the template.
