Rapido configuration changes work for one site but not another

Hi,

We are having issues with Rapido configuration admin changes applying to the frontend for one website while another website seems to work fine. These issues include items such as navigation colors or megamenu settings.

We were able to use SQL profiler to see that the changes made, such as navigation background color, were being saved to the database and also determined when the frontend page loads it seems to query to same location in the database. It almost seems something is overwriting the settings.

The site that doesn't work for Rapido configuration changes such as navigation background color is  https://dev-beauregard-usaccess.dw-demo2.com/

The site that does work https://dev-beauregard.dw-demo2.com

Any ideas on this?

Hi Jason,

If you are using the same template folder (Rapido) and the settings are not applied, check the LessCompiler log. Maybe you are missing setting some variable and the compiler will through an error.

Hi Jason

It i a bug related to updates of Rapido. to fix the issue, open the base color selector, make a change, save it, and save the website settings - then it will be fixed (see dump 1). I've done it on your website above. This bug has been fixed in later DW releases.

Sorry about the inconvenience.
