Payment proceeded with Default Checkout Handler

Hi,

We have only PayPalExpressCheckout in Payment setting. But after PayPalExpressCheckout fail and the order proceeded with DefaultCheckoutHandler. Here is the logs.

  • Files-System-Log-eCom-CartV2-Events - 2019-04-23 is that order log from cart to order.
  • FilesSystem-Log-eCom-CheckoutHandler-Dynamicweb.Ecommerce.Cart.DefaultCheckoutHandler-Events-2019-04-23 is DefaultCheckoutHandler log.

Is there any way to prevent it?

Hi Kihne

First - what version of Dynamicweb? A lot have been done in this area lately so I think an upgrade would be the best option.

And any customisations on the cart at all (js, template etc.) - I see a lot of very fast page loads in the log and I do suspect something wrong there.

Hi Nocolai, 

It is Application 9.3.5. There is no custom js for checkout.

I have no better option than to do an upgrade - I know we have done some major improvements in this area to avoid these issues when checkout fails.
