Email open statistics

Hi, 

I sent a mail for our client Pentair. It is the last email sent under the folder 'Campagnes' - 'Food and beverage' named 'Colleagues no account - FB Newsletter January 2020 - PENTAIR Food & Beverage Business Insights'.

I am one of the recipients, however, after I have opened the email the statistics are not changing (open ratio remains 0%). 

How is this possible?

How many did you send?

If you send to 20.000 people and one opens, that would be 1/20000 * 100 = 0.005% that when rounded would be 0% or 0,0% or 0,01%

Maybe that is it? Do you see a list of opens?

Thanks, but the total opens is also 0.
