If we try to fill in a form in Edge we see the lay out shown in the attachement.
Because the year only shows the last 2 digits you an user has no idea what he selects.
Besides the user cannot (instead of other browsers) select by just typin).
Is there anything we can do about this?

It is the browser that decides that. My settings or regional settings include the entire year, see dump.
So DW cannot do anything about it
