Custom Blocks in Dynamic Articles / Dynamic Articles Page

Hello,

I wanted to add some blocks to the Dynamic Articles Page and Dynamic Articles to customize them without creating custom templates. I see that the templates are done with Blocks, however I don't know how to add my own Custom Blocks to these templates.

Is there a way to add Custom Blocks to these templates without customizing them?

Hi Nicolai,

Yes, I've spent a lot of time looking at those block docs, but it doesn't seem like there's a way to add blocks to the Dynamic Articles Pages and Dynamic Article, as those templates aren't including any Custom_Blocks pages, therefore I don't know where to put the Blocks I want to add to the templates.

Hi Mafalda

Thank you for taking this up. Yes, the article pages are built using Blocks, but unfortunately they are not supporting customization. It is in the plan for the next Rapido release, along with a Blocks conversion of all templates. You will then have the possibility to extend/modify everywhere.

I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause to you. You current option regarding this, is to make a copy of the DynamicArticle + DynamicArticleList, and then do whatever you like.
