Confirmation mails after filling in a form

Hi,

On our website https://istwente.azurewebsites.net/ we have 3 forms:

- Contactform (https://istwente.azurewebsites.net/istwente/contact)
- Newsletter form (https://istwente.azurewebsites.net/istwente)
- Application form (https://istwente.azurewebsites.net/istwente/admissions/how-to-apply/application-form)

In all 3 forms I don't receive mail 1 in the screenshot.
At the application form I don't receive mail 2 in the screenshot, so perhaps I am doing something wrong here.

Not receiving mail 1 should be solved in 9.4.13 but it still seems not to work.
Can someone please help me with this?

From the logfiles the mails are sent. See dump. It is definitely not a Dynamicweb issue.

I think it might be related to the SMTP server you use, spam filters or most likely missing configuration of "SPF" records related to these domains. It can be a problem setting the sender email to use "Get from email field". You should only do that for the reply to field.

It is somewaht technical - that is to prevent spam. So mailservers are using SPF records to verify if a given smtp server is allowed to send emails on behalf of a domain (@domain.com). So if one of your applicants, or your self, have spf records for your domain and send using a SMTP that is not verified using SPF, mails will get filtered.

So that is probably why mail 2 works - because it uses another sender email that does not have SPF records.

Anyways - it is a debugging task for someone who knows you SMTP setup...
