Would be nice to have custom blocks on the Receipt.cshtml template.

Hi Martin

In the last couple of months we went through all the Rapido templates and re-implemented them to use Blocks. Including the Receipt.cshtml template. There are now more than 700 Blocks to replace or extend upon in the whole Rapido solution.

All this will be in the Rapido 3.2 release.
