Hey Davy,

Backend translations are managed in the Translations.xml file located in the backend application directory.

So for example in your local installation the file is in "Application(9.16.1)\Admin\Translations.xml" 

In your case you can then change the "Product_image" translation:

Please be aware that this translations.xml is a standard file of the backend application, and will be part of each new release. So if you upgrade to 9.16.2 in a while, you will need to compare and merge you translations.xml file with the new file provided in 9.16.2
