Product Category Lists not updated through import

Hello 

To enrich lists within a Product Category I have created an import, which updates the Xml of FieldTranslationFieldOptions in the table EcomProductCategoryFieldTranslation, however when done through an import the changes do not show up before I restart the solution. This is both in regards to reordering options, new options or changes. 

Does anyone know of a way I can avoid restarting?
It is done through a Data integration so most cache should be refreshed, but somehow the data is still not updated. 
The solution is running Dynamicweb 9.15.5.

Dear Dynamicweb,

 

It seems like the cache for the FieldOptionService is not cleared when calling: "KillProductCategories", which causes the issue.

Can this be added?

The feature #18736 regarding Clear FieldOptionService in KillProductCategories

Now added to Dynamicweb release 9.17.4
