PIM - Internal Server Error

Suddently we experience over the weekend to get an error saying "Internal Server Error" when trying to expand the PIM warehouse.
This has been working just fine, until today. As far as I know, no changes has been done.

Another strange thing is that we do not see the "Warehouses" setting under "Settings -> PIM".
I'm logged in as "Administrator" and we run DW 9.5.5.

Attached 3 screenshots.

Hi..

Have seen this very same error now and then..

You have tried to recycle the IIS ?

Are you perhaps running the solution on AZURE with ISS & SQL on different servers ?

I have also suspected the DW license server to cause this, but i dont know enough about that part..

Thanks for replying.

Yes, it is running in Azure. The site is running as an Azure App Service, and the DB as an regular SQL Database.
We have tried to restart the App Service, but it did not help.

I also suspect that it is related to some license issue. Hopefully DW will make time to investigate it.

Hi Martin,

I have looked at the exception, and it looks like it's a problem with the connection between DW and the database.

Is it only groups that doesn't show anything? What about AllProducts?

I'm pretty sure that the exception is not caused by a license-error, I can't say anything for sure about the missing 'Warehouses' node without having access to the solution.

Do you have a URL to where I can see the problem?

Best regards,

Steffen
