PIM Activate products on all language confusion

Hi!

Our client would like to enable newly made products on all languages on create and also fill the not translatable product data automatically on create. Under advanced settings the following setting is enabled with the hope that it would solve the above scenario.

Newly made products directly in the PIM are being enabled in all languages, but the product data is not filled.
After saving the product once:

- The product is active in other languages, but for example ProductNumber is not filled in the other languages.
Saving the product again, without any changes, will fill these fields

Can this be implemented the initial creation save? Instead of the saving the same product twice?

We are working on a fix, to solve above problem, with creating products with all Language.

I hope soon to come back to you, with a date for fix version

Thanks for the update Søren.

I created this post here since its a general question and not a productional blocker, but I'm unsure where these kind of posts belong.
Can you let me know if its easier to make these kind of posts in the forum, care portal or directly in the feature requests in git?

I dont want to overload the forum with posts that actually belong in the care portal.

Hi Barend,

Your right, it is not realy a forum post

It is basically a "Care task", so you could send it directly to Care ..

NB! You can now download DW9.20.2, there include fix for above problem
