How to clear preset template in PIM Data Export

Dear Forum,

I would like to get some idea on how can we clear the preset templates from PIM data export?

I had created a few test preset and no idea where to clean up those test preset templates.

Hello Yoon,

- try take a look at the tables "SettingPreset" and "SettingPresetValues" with FireHose.

We also found one setting under Control Panel/User/Preset Setting to clear the old templates that I saved.

Hello Michael,

May I also ask if there is any way to auto-assign user group to every new template?

Our use case is PIM admin will create templates based on different filters but other PIM users will do product enrichment and will need to use Export/Import functions to actually enrich products. Would it be possible to auto-assign PIM users to each new template, so all of them can see what templates were created?

Hi Yoon,

The right way to maintain Preset Templates, are through the node in Settings ..

Hi Elena,

I'm afraide that you for now, have to set User or UserGroup on the Preset ..

You could make a "Scheduled task" with the "SQL add-in", and then update DBS tabel [SettingPresetAccessUserRelation] with relation to wanted Groups ..
