Hi PIM Forum,

Can it be true that I can only export up to 1000 products to excel?

I have the same question.
We also experience that exporting more than 100 items result in timeout in the solution. At the moment we are not able to export more than 100 items at a time.

Any solution to this is much appreciated.

Hi Helene and Martin

It is possible to export 1000 products from PIM to Excel (1000 is the max product listview)
Please notice this requires server with sufficient resources and minium Dynamicweb version 9.6.3+

Hi Helene

No the limit is 1000 export from PIM at the moment.

There are many other options to import / export product from Dynamicweb using integration functions

Hi Kristian,

We're struggling to even get 100 at a time in 9.5.7 - Is this something that was fixed at a later release?

Notice that all products came from Integration so productIds are ImportedProduct00000. That might have something to do with it.

Hi Kristian,

Thanks for the answer - just to check if I have got this right: When we opgrade to the new 9.6 (which is released) it will solve the problem described by Nuno?

Hi Helene

The correction TFS#61630 is released in 9.6.4, but I can see that even after that update we still need some optimization regarding RichText fields

Correction of this (TFS#62695) is in progress

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this

Kind Regards
