Not specifically a PIM issue, but I'm not sure where to put this.
A client reports that when changing the language on the login screen, sometimes it still shows the English language. The language icon on the login screen shows Dutch, but the language is English. I personally cannot reproduce this, and since I'm not seeing a default language on user setting in DW, back-end and database.
See below a video. The issue is quite vague, but does anyone have an idea what setting, maybe even outside DW, has any influence on this occurrence?
It's seems like the issue occurs randomly and is user specific. Is there something that the user itself changes that influence the language setting?
