Hi.

Sorry yet another one.

I have a user whose customer number is set, but it never makes it into an order.

Is this some kind of setting that has to be changed? Everything else is there in the xml.. name, phone, delivery address etc, but blank customer number

Cheers

/Steve

On the cart settings, you need to activate this setting:

Hei Nicolai.

Thanks!

I tried this however, and its still blank. Is there any other setting that needs tweaking, or cache that needs flushing?

I set customernumber on both the user, and when that didnt work, also on the group level that the user is in.

No affect I am afraid.

Cheers

Did you try creating a new cart using the cart command ?cartcmd=emptycart in the URL?

It was an empty cart as I had sent an order, but I can try that command yes. ANd flush all the server side caches

Nothing happened there either. I sent a message to support, and received the response that customernumber is not part of the default swift templates for order flow, and that the column needs to be added in \Designs\Swift\eCom7\CartV2\Step\Shared\Helpers

However, I cannot find the shared folder, and do not have enough experience with DynWeb to know where I should include this number.

Hoping someone can help me out.
