Visual Editor endless loading "spinner"

We are running Dynamicweb.Cms (10.5.4)

Some time in the past week or so, the "spinner" is showing, when we view a page.
Switching between pages, can sometimes fix the issue, but not always.

There are no indicators, as to what could be the problem.

Console is showing that the following resource, could not be loaded:
/Admin/assets/tinymce/tinymce.min.js

Not sure if it's related.

Could this be an SSL issue? Are you accesing the backend over http but have https enabled for the site?

https only.

The issue is on 2 machines, tried with self signed and propper certificate.

The loading of tinymce.min is a bug - we removed tiny MCE - that has been fixed and will be out with next release. But that should not be the cause.

Can you share a link to the solution?

The solution is in development, so it's not public yet.

In Admin, when I select a page, I see the content of the page just fine.
The "spinner" is preventing me from editing "rows" and "paragraphs" while in visual editor.

Quick Update:

The issue seems to be on my primary browser (chromium edge)

I cannot reproduce the issue on Firefox

When doing this with developer tools open, can you see some requests that are not 200  - e.g. 500 or 403?

Nothing.

Except the mentioned tinymce returning 404.
